Order Processing & Fulfillment

All of our products are made to order, which means processing times may vary. Once you place an order, we fulfill it within:

  • 2–7 business days for apparel products

  • 2–5 business days for non-apparel items

Once fulfilled, your order is shipped based on the selected shipping method.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and shipping method. Below are estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Expedited Shipping: If available, you can select a faster shipping option at checkout.

Note: These are estimated times and do not include fulfillment time. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or courier issues.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and shipping method.

  • Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise stated.

  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be noted at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your package’s progress. If you don’t receive a tracking update within 7 business days after fulfillment, please contact us at contact@humanKINDness2025.com.

Customs, Duties & International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are the purchaser's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or lost in transit:

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@humanKINDness2025.com, and we will investigate.

  • Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided was incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Please double-check your details before completing your order.

 

Unclaimed Packages & Return to Sender

If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the package:

  • We can reship the order, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

  • If you choose not to reship, the order will not be refunded since all items are made to order.
