Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with humanKINDness2025! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that issues may arise. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Order Issues & Eligibility for Returns/Refunds​

We handle returns and refunds in accordance with the following:

  • Eligible for a Free Replacement or Refund:

    • Damaged, misprinted, or defective items

    • Incorrect item received

    • Items lost in transit

  • Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds:

    • Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size (please check the size chart before purchasing)

    • Minor differences in color due to screen settings

    • Returns requested beyond 30 days of delivery

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

  • Email: contact@humanKINDness2025.com

  • Include clear photos of the issue (e.g., misprint, damage, wrong item)

  • Once verified, we will either:

    • Ship a free replacement at no extra cost

    • Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

 

Important: Unapproved returns will not be processed or refunded.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Once we receive your report, we will investigate and if the tracking information confirms a lost shipment, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the package, or refusal of delivery, the following applies:

  • Reshipping: We can reship the order, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Unclaimed orders are not eligible for a refund, as all items are custom-made on demand.

  • After 30 days, unclaimed returns won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity (without us issuing a refund).

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you realize there is an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@humanKINDness2025.com to request a correction.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore we reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

  3. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
